Sandwich Panels (Puf/PIR/Rockwool)

Sandwich Panels are prefabricated building materials consisting of two outer metal sheets (usually color-coated steel or aluminum) with an inner core of Polyurethane Foam (PUF)/Poly Isocyanurate/Rockwool insulation. They offer excellent thermal insulation, structural strength, and quick installation, making them ideal for Roofing, Wall cladding.

 Outer Skin Color-coated galvanized/galvalume steel (PPGI/PPGL) 
Core Insulation Rigid Polyurethane Foam (PUF) or Polyisocyanurate (PIR) or Rockwool
Inner Skin Similar or thinner steel
Panel Thickness 30 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm
Density 40 ± 2 kg/m³ (Puf);45+-2 kg/m3 (PIR); 100kg/m3 (Rockwool)
Panel Width 1000 mm (effective)
Panel Length Up to 12 meters or custom cut
Thermal Conductivity ~0.022 W/m·K (Excellent insulation - PUF)
Fire Resistance Self-extinguishing (Class B2 or B3 - PUF)
R-Value (Thermal) Varies with thickness (e.g., 7.5 for 50mm)
